Sotech has been independently inspected, audited and BSI quality accredited since 1991. From induction into the company and onwards, every Sotech employee is aware that QUALITY is absolutely central to the continued success of the company. A traceability audit trail is in place from purchase of materials to delivery of finished product to site.
This dedication and hard work would be undone should the subcontract finishing of the units, the packaging and delivery fall short of the same high standards.
To ensure that the final product to the customer is of the highest quality, Sotech assess and employ the services of accredited subcontractors who also work within the strict British Standards set out by their own particular industry sector.
Sotech currently hold a LPCB ISO9001:2000 and an entry in the BRE Building Research Establishment Red Book for quality and management systems certification.
Subcontract Architectural quality powder coating
All powder coating is carried out by approved Syntha Pulvin and Akzo Nobel Interpon applicators to the latest quality standards. The architectural grade powders used as standard by our applicator carry BBA Agrement certificates. Warranties, submit to site survey, are given upto 25 years.
Subcontract Anodising
Anodising aluminium solutions are offered using only Alcan J57S anodising grade material. Only Alcan approved anodisers are used guaranteeing a finish warranty up to 30 years and to the latest quality standards. Both ANOLOK, SANDALOR and LHT BLUEGREY ranges are available.
