As a leading manufacturer of rainscreen cladding, Sotech specialise in the production of bespoke ACM cladding panels, perfect for use on external walls. ACM (Aluminium Composite Material) can also been used in a wide variety of other applications such as internal walls and ceiling features.
As a lightweight sandwich material consisting of a polyethylene core skinned with 0.5mm aluminium both sides, ACM (Aluminium Composite Material) is an ideal material for cladding manufacture allowing for a wide range of colours.
The advantages of ACM cladding are its exceptional flatness, superior strength to weight ratio and fabrication capability to achieve a wide variety of panel systems and architectural features.
The wide range of finishes available with our ACM cladding now includes a range of art décor colours giving the appearance of copper, zinc, stainless steel, wood grain, granite, marble, mirror finish and a kaleidoscope of other colours
This composite technology now lends itself to the natural material finishes such as copper, zinc and stainless steel, enabling module sizes to be increased.

Being 99.9% recyclable and using only 15% of the energy used in the original manufacture to recycle the product, our aluminium rainscreen cladding is the ideal choice for many ‘green’ projects.
Our aluminium rainscreen cladding facade can be offered in an anodised finish which carries a project lifetime guarantee, PVdF - a pre finished aluminium in many metallic and solid colours as well as décor colours giving the aluminium façade the appearance of copper, zinc, and even wood grain effect. Polyester powder coating is available with our aluminium cladding giving an almost limitless range of colours in differing gloss, matt, satin and textured finishes. Our aluminium cladding is also available in a mill finish state plain, pattinated or stucco embossed.

As a traditional construction material excelling in durability, malleability and corrosion resistance, Copper is perfect for architectural cladding, giving a unique aesthetic appearance with low maintenance costs due to a naturally forming, self-protecting patina.
Throughout its life, natural copper patinates through a range of colours until the ultimate green patina is reached.
However, patination can be accelerated by a chemical process meaning our copper cladding panels are available in varying shades.

Zinc, like Copper, is a traditional construction material excelling in durability, malleability and corrosion resistance due to a naturally forming, self-protecting patina. As a versatile material, Zinc naturally lends itself to architectural cladding and features due to the light grey, naturally pattinated aesthetic appearance of the finished zinc cladding product blending nicely with wood, stone and concrete and other façade materials.
Here at Sotech, we are able to produce Zinc cladding that has a chemically induced pre weathered finish including Quartz (light grey), Anthra (charcoal / dark grey) and Pigmento (with mineralised finish).
